Seller and contract

KOTSAM is operated by Eurotiger s.r.o., Průmyslová 138, 252 41 Zlatníky-Hodkovice-Dolní Břežany, Czech Republic, company ID 01865871, VAT ID CZ01865871. Contact: kontakt@kotsam.pl. These terms apply to consumer orders delivered to Poland, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Slovakia. Before submitting an order you can review and correct the items, address and payment details. Submitting the final payment order creates an obligation to pay; the contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation. A customer account is optional.

Products, prices and payment

The product page describes the contents, net quantity, ingredients, allergens and any stated best-before date. Follow the label and storage instructions. Product and shipping prices include applicable VAT. Checkout shows the final amount, available payment methods and delivery cost before payment. Payment currency is PLN for Poland, HUF for Hungary and EUR for Germany, Austria and Slovakia. Any discounted short-date product remains subject to the same mandatory consumer rights.

Delivery and withdrawal

Orders are dispatched from the Czech Republic. Delivery options, charges and available estimates are shown at checkout; see the shipping policy. You have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, subject only to applicable legal exceptions. See the refund policy for notice, return costs and reimbursement. Requests to cancel before fulfillment are reviewed by our team; a shipping status does not replace your statutory withdrawal rights.

Faulty goods and complaints

For a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product contact kontakt@kotsam.pl with your order number and the problem. A photo can help but is not a condition for exercising statutory rights. We arrange the applicable remedy and bear the necessary costs for a justified complaint. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or protections of your country of habitual residence.

Disputes and records

If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for alternative dispute resolution, or the European Consumer Centre in your country. Czech law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in force when the contract is concluded. Keep your order confirmation and policy copies.
